Bill Rodgers, four time winner of both the New York and the Boston Marathons, and a prostate cancer survivor, is back again as the 2013 Race Spokesman. The race promotes increased awareness of prostate cancer and educates the public on their many treatment options with information booths. Free PSA testing and DR exams will also be provided during the 2013 event. The course provides for a fun, fast race with a downhill finish. All walkers and runners are welcome.

Run or walk with Best Self magazine in the first annual Moustache Dash. November is Men’s Health Awareness month, otherwise known as “Movember.” It is a worldwide movement that started in Australia to bring men’s health issues to the forefront. Men across the globe begin growing moustaches on November 1 to become walking billboards for men’s health awareness the 30 days of November.
Good race courses, plenty of food and fluids, long-sleeved cotton shirts to all, a Health & Wellness Expo, and, of course, probably the world’s greatest Moustache Contest!
